UNWANTED BB GUNS AND EQUIPMENT.
If you have had a change of mind you notify us within 14 days of purchase and then you must return the items to bbgunsshop unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a refund. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc.

FAULTY GOODS
If you receive a faulty product, please email our support team at bbgunsshop1@gmail.com We will assess the issue and advise whether you need to return the product. In most cases, the problem can be resolved without the need for a return.
Please note, we do not accept returns in the following situations:
1. You do not have proof of purchase.
2. The goods have been physically damaged due to misuse (e.g., hitting, dropping, or over-tightening).
3. The product is incomplete or missing parts.
4. The product has been painted or altered (please note, it is a criminal offense to change the appearance of an imitation firearm to make it resemble a real firearm).
5. You have disassembled and reassembled the product (unless done by a qualified technician).
6. The gun has been damaged due to the use of incompatible BB pellets (e.g., metal BBs or low-quality plastic BBs with imperfections). Our guns should only be used with high-quality, perfectly round plastic BB pellets.
7. The gun’s battery has been damaged due to overcharging.
8. The product is broken due to normal wear and tear.
9. The product is outside of the warranty period.
Faulty Products
Faults within 30 days:
If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase, we will offer an exchange, repair, or refund, provided the item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date and you comply with the conditions listed above.
Faults after 6 months:
consumers rights act 2015 you will have to prove that the fault was present when you bought the item and not, for example, something which was the result of normal wear and tear.
if you can provide us with proof of this no refund can be issued but a repair will be carried out on the product. if the product is unrepairable we will then provide a replacement product provided you comply with the above.
Products outside our warranty, but may Still be repairable by our workshop but are chargeable to you the customer. Contact us for a free quote.
GETTING YOUR PRODUCT BACK
If your returned item is not found to be faulty we will contact you and tell you that you will need to make arrangements to collect the item from us or ask us to send the product back to you but you will have to pay for the postage for this, if you don't then the item will become our property within 90 days and we will dispose of it.
