Failed Delivery process 

Courier will try to deliver it and if you are not in they will leave a card for you to collect it from a local post office if you do not collect it within around 10 days they will send it back to us

We can then refund you for the goods but not the shipping costs  (the price of what it cost send it to you and to have it returned to us.)   

We can re post the stuff again but you have to call us and pay for it again.
