Warranty Information

Please be aware that your product warranty will be voided under the following circumstances:

1. Disassembly or Modification: If the product is taken apart, modified, or altered in any way, including removing any two-tone paint applied and/or painting it any other color, making it appear different from how it was sold and shipped.

2. Use of Incompatible BB Pellets: If the gun is jammed because of poor-quality BB pellets or if it is our opinion that BBs have been reused (i.e., fired at least once before).

3. Use of Non-Recommended Lubricants: If unsuitable oil, such as WD40 or other impregnating oils, has been used to lubricate your gun, resulting in loss of power, deteriorating seals, and other issues. Only use recommended silicone-based oil and lubricants on your airsoft BB gun.

4. Use of Accessories: Accessories included within a gun set are not covered under the warranty, as they are usually of low quality, including batteries and chargers. All accessories sold separately are covered under our standard warranty or manufacturer warranty.

5. Damage Due to Cold Weather: Gas guns that are not performing due to cold weather will not be covered under warranty, as this is a common and well-known fact. If our engineers test your gun in a warm environment and find no issues, your gun will not be refunded or replaced, and you will need to make arrangements with our support team to receive your gun back. Please ensure you follow all usage and maintenance guidelines to keep your warranty valid.

Items that develop a fault within 2 months may be returned to us for repair or replacement. No delivery costs will be refunded for non UK faulty items and an additional delivery cost may be required to send out the repaired or replacement item to you. Due to the nature of our products we cannot give any warranty for products more than 2 months old, however you may return the item to us for repair at your own cost.
